Acceptable use

Allowed

Use HrHisab to manage your own workforce: employees, contractors, and candidates you have a lawful reason to process. Configure roles so people only see what their job requires.

Not allowed

Do not use the service to break the law, harass people, store data you have no right to hold, or bypass another customer’s tenant.

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or scan the service except under a written test we have authorized.

Do not upload malware, or use AI features to generate content that impersonates a person or fabricates an employment record.

Enforcement

We may suspend access that creates a security or legal risk, and we will tell the customer administrator when we can do so safely. Repeated violations can end the subscription.
