Trials

A free trial, when offered, ends on the date shown at signup. We do not charge the card on file until the trial converts, and you can cancel inside the trial from billing settings.

Subscriptions

Plans bill in INR per active person per month, monthly or yearly, plus GST. Yearly plans are prepaid. Pay by card, netbanking, or UPI. Adding people mid-cycle is prorated.

Cancel any time before renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not refund a partial month on monthly plans.

Yearly plans and mistakes

Yearly subscriptions can be refunded in full within 14 days of the first payment if the workspace has not run payroll. After that, fees are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund.

If we bill the wrong amount, tell billing@hrhisab.online within 60 days and we will correct it.
